Jordan Harris has committed to Northeastern University.

Harris, 16, has 21 points in 35 games while playing for Kimball Union Academy of the USHS. The 5’10”, 170lb defenseman looks to join Northeastern for the 2019-20 season.

This commitment is bad news for Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL and Val-d’Or Foreurs of the QMJHL who have both drafted the blueliner. Harris was drafted in the 3rd round, 40th overall by Youngstown and 13th round, 234th overall by Val-d’Or.

Harris joins a school who finished 6th out of 12 in Hockey East division of NCAA last year.
