Mitchell Gibson has committed to Harvard University.

A goaltender named Gibson committing to the reigning NCAA champs. That’s not a scary thought at all.

Gibson comes from the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers U18 team. The 6’1”, 174lbs tender holds a 3.25 gaa, 0.904sv% in 8 games so far this season. He is looking to join Harvard for the 2019-20 season.

Gibson is a solid goaltender, playing with 18-year-olds as early as last season. Keep an eye on another Gibson with a bright future.
