Paul Savary has been loaned to Red Ice of the NLB.

The 34-year-old forward is a long-time member of both the NLA and the NLB, so this transition is nothing new to him. This marks the 4th time he has been loaned to the NLB, and it may not be the last. The 5’9”, 201lb forward has a career total of 11pts in 79gp in the NLB, along with 145pts in 563gp in the NLA. Savary joins Red Ice after playing 6 games with Lausanne HC of the NLA in which he did not record any points. Savary has won the NLB championship twice and has represented Switzerland internationally 6 times for a total of 33 games.

Savary joins Red Ice who is currently sitting in 7th out of 12 teams. They will look for him to make an impact as they try to raise their ranks in the NLB.
