The Minnesota Wild have signed 2014 seventh round pick Pavel Jenys to an entry-level deal.

The 6’2″ Czech spent the year on the OHL’s worst team, the Sudbury Wolves. He did manage to lead the team with 45 points in 63 games, but was a minus-36. Not bad considering Sudbury who had four players in the minus-50’s.

Jenys also had a brief stint in the AHL with the Iowa Wild, recording three assists in eight games played.

Jenys is listed as the seventh highest ranked center prospect in the Wild organization on HockeysFuture.com
